What is the delivery schedule of 86 Bazar products?
Our delivery schedules are as fol:
Fish: Sunday. Oder before Friday to get your delivery on Sunday (Hotline: 01769010975)
Meat: Sunday and Wednesday. Chicken on Sunday and Beef on Wednesday. Order before Saterday 2200 Hrs to get delivery on Sunday and Tuesday 2200 Hrs to get delivery on Wednesday. (Hotline: 01769018199)
Other Products: Daily. We deliver nextday after receiving your order. (Hotline: 01769018199)
Where can I buy 86 Bazar products?
We deliver every day to door to door. Currently we have five stalls from where you can buy our items directly thrice in a week, Saterday, Monday and Thursday. Those stalls are placed at following places:
a. Shaheed Mannan Line
b. Shaheed Mostofa Kamal Line
c. Zia Colony
d. CMTD Area
e. Kunjolota Building Area
Of course, you can always shop online
What are the rules regarding Home Delivery?
a. We provide home delivery every day within dhaka cantonment.
b. You can order any time. We deliver meat and fish twice in a week. See the details of the product to know the date. For other products we deliver next day after receiving order before 2200 hrs. If you mix dry items with vegetables the order will be delivered next day. If you order only dry items before 1100 hrs order will be delivered on the same day. Order after 1200 hrs will be delivered next day.
c. The prices of vegetables, fish, Chicken and Fruits are subjected to change according to the market price of delivery days.
d. Home delivery will be completed from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs.
e. Minimum order worth of Tk 400 is to get the home delivery service.
f. For orders not exceeding Tk 400 is to be collected from Pick Up Point 'EW Coy Canteen'.
How can I purchase 86 Bazar products that are distributed outside the Dhaka Cantonment?
At present we do not deliver products outside cantonment area.
Do you offer a mail order catalog?
We do not produce a mail order catalog, but you can find the complete collection of current products on our websites www.86bazar.com. Our websites also include store locators to help you find stores in your area that carry our products.
How can I reload a 86 Bazar Gift Card?
We do not have any Gift Card System yet.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
We will send you email after placing an order.
What payment methods can I use?
Currently we accept Cash on delivery and BKASH payment for online orders. For BKash payment our Merchant BKash No is 01769019111.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change your order at any time before you submit your order. However, once your order is placed, you can only delete any item or the order by contacting the no : 01769-018199 . If you want to add or change any item you are advised to put a new order through our website.
Do I get charged shipping for each item I have ordered?
No, we offer fee shipping for each order you place. But we keep packeting charge.
Is there any limit for recieving any order via home delivery?
Yes. You have to order goods worth of minimum 400 Tk for recieving orders via home delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return the items if faulty during delivery.
My products have arrived damaged, what do I do?
For online orders from www.86bazar.com you can either take the items back to any nearest 86 Bazar store. To ensure that you receive a replacement product as quickly as possible, please contact our Consumer Services Team.
How do I change my account information?
To update your name, contact details or password log in to account and select the My Account link and then enter your new details except your email address.
How can I retrieve my password?
If you have forgotten your password, just go to the Login page and click Forgot Your Password. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to open the account. We will send you an email with a password.
